Q. How do I book a spot on a Epic Snow Tour?

A. At the bottom of each tour description page there is a "BOOK TOUR" button, you just need to fill out the booking form to book your place on the tour. Once you have done this we will send you a link to a deposit page. Pay your deposit then your place is secured on that tour. Easy As!

Q. How much deposit needs to be paid and when?

A. Once you have filled out the booking form on the tour page, you will be sent a confirmation page within 24hours. Then you will have to pay 10% of the tour price within 14 days to secure your spot.

Q. How many people are on each tour?

A. We like to keep each tour personable so limited numbers are available up to 12 people on each tour.

Q. Do I need a Visa for to go on an Epic Snow Tour?

A. Visas are not required for Australians entering Japan for less than 90 days of Tourism. All foreign Nationals, Including permanent residents of Japan are required to have their fingerprints electronically scanned and are photographed upon arrival in Japan. Q. Can I purchase any of the additional extras at a later date or do i have to select them at the tour booking page?

A. You can Purchase any of the Additional Extras right up until 2 weeks of the tours commencement. Shoot us an email and we will organise it for you.

Q. Can I hire ski gear in Japan?

A. you certainly can. We also offer ski hire on our additional extras selection.

Q.  I've got a large group of friends wanting to do a tour, do you do personalized tours?

A. We certainly do! We can customise any trip to suit your needs for any time of the year.

Q. Does the tours include flights?

A. No they don't due to the always changing flight prices. But we have got some great contacts in the travel industry and can organise them for you.
